DisplayX
DisplayX is a freeware designed to test the LCD screen. It isn't
a professional testing program, and nothing too special about it

has been said to be one of the must-install-softwares for PCs many
times by the mainland China and Taiwan media.
WinterSweet Dictionary

try. WinterSweet Dictionary is a lightweight dictionary, it has
the basic functions, Chinese to English, and vice versa. WinterSweet
Dictionary can be set to run at startup, and it will only occupy
1 MB of RAM, taking up nearly no virtual memory at all. It won't
slow down your system, but can provide instant translations any
time you need.
ThinkPad TrackScroll Tool
ThinkPad has a "little red hat" tool implement which I
thought is very useful. It's TrackScroll function provides very
goood user experience but the downside of it is that it supports
limited softwares. This tool can help you to make more softwares
compatible with the "little red hat" tool, such as MSN
Messenger and iTunes.
